Abstract Mixed Media Wall Art by Arturo Luz

Description

This abstract mixed media wall art piece features a vibrant red background with bold black and gold abstract elements. The composition is divided into four quadrants, suggesting a deliberate structure within the abstract design. Textural elements, such as apparent cracking in the paint and applied materials, add depth and visual interest. A prominent, sharp-edged golden element cuts diagonally across the left side, contrasting with a more fluid, wing-like black form on the right. Scattered circular motifs and what appear to be small, dark perforations further enhance the piece's enigmatic quality. The overall aesthetic suggests a mid-20th-century modernist or abstract expressionist influence, likely created on a panel or canvas. The work is attributed to Arturo Luz, as indicated by similar works sold at auction.
